Guillermo "Junior" Alarcon is the owner and head trainer of A10 Fitness and Performance. Junior completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Athletic Performance and a Master's degree in Exercise Science. In addition to A10 Fitness and Performance, Junior has served as head strength coach of a Junior College Baseball program and assistant strength coach at a D1 Baseball program.
At A10 Fitness and Performance, we utilize different training methods based on an initial assessment and the individual needs of each athlete. A priority is placed on building a solid foundation, emphasizing form and fundamentals. Training programs consist of strength training, plyometrics, and mobility with the goal of enhancing player performance
